Programmer Analyst

We are seeking a Programming Analyst to lead programming initiatives for multiple systems, databases, and applications. This person will analyze, develop, document and support multiple software applications across all aspects of the credit union.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one or more years related experience in information systems, preferably in the credit union industry. An equivalent combination of appropriate education and experience may be considered. You must have exceptional communication and people skills. The ability to work with those who are not as computer literate. You must have working knowledge or be willing to learning and adhere to the laws and regulations governing credit unions. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to document your work in detail but in a way that in understandable to non-programmers.

Experience

Programming in a credit union core processing system environment or strong programming experience and education in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, ASP.NET, PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery or JavaScript) and the ability to learn quickly is necessary for this position. A working knowledge of financial data processing systems and relational databases is also preferred. Web and application design experience is a plus.

Specific Responsibilities

The following are some of the specific tasks and responsibilities of this position. This is only a brief overview and not an all-encompassing list.
  • Programming lead for reports and programs for multiple departments
  • Detailed documentation of coding and work flow design to allow for easy understanding of what the programs are designed to do.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and training in the core systems of the credit union.
  • Support the Information Systems Manager with maintaining and scheduling service packs, releases and updates related to all core systems.
  • Assist with the development of computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Part time teller position at the Gas City branch

Seeking a part time teller, to work approximately 20 hours a week. Responsibilities include processing transactions for our members, answering questions, and assisting them with their financial needs.
