Withdraw money: Debit Card

A debit card gives you three ways to access your money.

1) As Credit. Use your ViaCU Debit card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You will usually be required to sign a receipt (depending on the merchant's system). The transaction amount will be deducted from your checking account. You can use your debit card to make purchases on the Internet or by phone. 2) As Debit. Use your PIN number at checkout. You can also receive cash back with this option. Different stores may have limits on the amount of cash you can receive. This is a good (and free) alternative to using an ATM machine. 3) As an ATM Card. Use your card and PIN number at virtually any ATM.
