Fitbit Pay lets you make purchases at millions of stores around the globe—right from your watch or tracker*, no phone or wallet necessary.
How to Add Your Card
Access your debit and credit card anywhere. All from your wrist and without your wallet. Getting started:
Open the Fitbit app on your phone and navigate to your watch settings.
Tap Fitbit Wallet and follow instructions to add your card.
If you haven’t created a PIN code for your watch or tracker, you will be asked to set one.
Enter your card details and billing information.
Your card details will be sent securely to the credit union for verification.
How to Pay
Stores
Fitbit Pay makes shopping at your favorite places easy and hands-free.
To pay with Ionic™ or Versa™:
- Press and hold the left button on your watch for 2 seconds.
- Swipe to the Payment screen if it’s not shown.
- If prompted, enter your 4-digit watch PIN code.
- After your card appears on the watch, hold your wrist near the payment terminal.
- Your watch will vibrate and you’ll see a confirmation when the payment is successful.
Look for the Contactless Symbol at checkout.
*Fitbit Pay is available on Sense, Versa 3, Versa 2, Versa Special Edition, Ionic, Charge 3 Special Edition, Charge 4 and Charge 5.
