ViaCU Scholarship Application
In honor of our 90th Anniversary, we are offering nine $1,000 Scholarship
to High School Seniors who have been a member for at least one year by application deadline and maintain a
cumulative High School GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Ensure both a teacher and the Guidance Counselor complete a Reference Form.
*All submitted materials will become the property of the selection committee, and
interviews may be conducted if needed. The scholarship will be awarded upon receipt of proof of
college registration and will be made payable directly to the recipient.
